eBay Inc. To Ask eBay Users To Change Passwords |

Earlier this month, eBay discovered a cyber-attack on their corporate information network. Although an eBay database was compromised no financial information was stolen and passwords were all encrypted. As a precaution eBay is asking all of its users to change their password. As part of this eBay mandated security update, you may find that the link from your Froo Apps account to your eBay seller account has been expired. This link (or token) is used by Froo apps to interact with your eBay account (either adding design, adding cross sell to listings or reading data for social posts). If your token has been expired by eBay you will just need to renew this link within the Froo Apps software. When you log in to your Froo Apps account you will be presented with the option to renew your token if it requires updating. If you are not asked to renew your token, there is no need for you to take any action. |
